2012 Schedules

Pursuant to the requirements of law pertaining to notice of public meetings, you are
hereby notified to the following regularly scheduled meetings for 2012.

Commissioners meetings will be held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom in the Madison County Government Center, unless otherwise notified.

Drainage Board meetings will be on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at
9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom in the Madison County Government Center,
unless otherwise notified.

Alcoholic Beverage Commission meetings will be held on the first Monday of each month at 8:00 a.m. in Room 108 in the Madison County Government Center, unless otherwise notified.

Information Technology meetings will be held on the third Thursday of each month at
8:30 a.m. in Room 108 in the Madison County Government Center, unless otherwise
notified.

Planning Commission meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of each month (with the exception of Friday, May 11, 2012) at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom in the Madison County Government Center, unless otherwise notified.

Board of Zoning Appeals meetings will be held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom in the Madison County Government Center, unless otherwise notified.

2011 Plat Review Committee meetings will be held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month (with the exception of Wednesday, November 21, 2012) at the Madison
County Government Center, Room 110, Commissioners Courtroom at 9:00 a.m., unless otherwise notified.
